Each apartment includes a fully equipped electric kitchen, wall-to-wall carpeting, window treatments, balconies with scenic views, walk-in closets, individual climate controls, and bathroom heat lamps. Cable TV and all utilities (except telephone), weekly housekeeping with linen service and a 24-hour emergency call system are included in your monthly fee.
The community has convenient a library, a beauty and barber salon, an activities room, a large screen television lounge, card room, exercise area, shuffleboard courts, an outdoor dining courtyard, and a private dining room for small parties.
The complete maintenance of your apartment and all common areas are handled by The Gateway maintenance staff.
Our beautiful dining room offers two meals daily, served by a courteous wait staff who are there to assist you.
