Each apartment includes a fully-equipped kitchen, wall-to-wall carpeting, window treatments, individual climate controls, and bathroom heat lamps. Cable TV and most utilities, weekly housekeeping with linen service and a 24-hour emergency call system are included in your monthly fee. Residents have free use of the laundry facilities.
Small pets are welcomed.
The complete maintenance of your apartment and all common areas are handled by the DeSmet maintenance staff.
