Harshfield Terrace will be RHF's fifth community in the Lancaster/Quartz Hill/Palmdale area, the second one which will be for older adults over the age of 62 who earn less than $29,000 for one person or $33,150 for two people (2010 income limitations - this may change before the community opens).
It is scheduled to open in April of 2011.
