The Concord is an affordable, older adult (62+) community with several apartments equipped to accommodate those who are mobility impaired.

The Concord is independent living but we do provide transportation twice a week to our residents for shopping purposes.  Our community is close to shopping, churches, restaurants, and the local Senior Center.

A Social Service Coordinator is available to help residents’ obtain services for their personal needs.  Our residents actively participate in RHF’s Project H.A.N.D.S.
