Esperanza Apartments is an affordable community for older adults (age 62 and older) and persons who are mobility impaired (age 55 and older).The community is located in the new Holly Park Neighborhood, an area that is away from traffic and congestion yet close to shopping, churches, and medical facilities.

This community is reserved for residents who earn less than 60 percent of the area median gross income ($32,700) for one person and $37,380 (for two people.)
