Completed in October 2008, Carondelet Court consists of 33 two and three-bedroom floor plans.
The U-shaped building consists of 6- stories and is oriented to the south to maximize sun and light. Located in the Westlake area of Los Angeles, Carondelet Court is within walking distance of MacArthur Park and a Metro Redline stop at Alvarado and 7th Street.
This building features a large, fully furnished Community Room equipped with a kitchen, central A/C and is Internet-ready. Tenants enjoy a spacious center courtyard and a rooftop terrace providing spectacular views of the city.
