This community is for those 55 years of age or older or disabled requiring the features of our specially designed apartments.
This 226-unit community features one- and two- bedroom apartments that will include a fully-equipped kitchen, living room, dining area, bedroom, and washer/dryer area. Apartments range in size from 500 sq ft to 844 sq ft.
The community is a series of courtyard spaces, sitting areas and gardens. There is a pool, fitness room, with green space for residents to enjoy.
College Villas is close to shopping, public transportation and Henderson's new Senior Center.
