Our Food and Beverage Director, Executive Chef, Certified Dietary Managers and Dining Room Manager are here to ensure resident satisfaction in every meal we serve for our entire community.

One typical meal served at our Lakeside Dining Room includes a choice of Leg of Lamb with rosemary seasoning, slow roasted and served with mint jelly; Poached Salmon served with a creamy white wine, dill sauce; or Country Fried Steak breaded in our chef's special blend of seasonings and fried to a golden brown then covered with country gravy. Combine that with baked or whipped potatoes, squash medley and green beans for a delicious meal.
Our a la carte menu provides additional satisfying selections. Of course this meal also includes your choice of beverages, soups, salads and tempting desserts.
Throughout the year, our community has special celebrations and food-related events such as holiday buffets, theme dinners and family nights enabling residents to dine with family and friends.
We also host birthdays, anniversaries and various other significant events in the lives of our residents.
