 Rex Chapman Award
Rex Chapman was active for 30 years with Retirement Housing Foundation, both in Cathedral Pioneer Church Homes in Sacramento and, later, in Retirement Housing Foundation. From 1977 to 1998, he served on the Board of RHF, and chaired the Board from 1984 to 1989.
In 1999, he received the honor of Director Emeritus.
Rex died in February 2000, and after his death, the RHF Board created the Rex Chapman Award to be given, from time to time, in recognition of outstanding service on behalf of other.
