Living at Independence Square means everything to me. In April of 1996 I went into a YMCA to hide from an abusive husband. I was 69 years old. I had a daughter living with me at the time. She called Independence Square and I got an apartment. The security was good. Read More

I moved to Harvest Pointe in July 2009. I am a senior citizen who has medical problems such as diabetes and other health issues. Since living at Harvest Pointe I no longer fear not receiving emergency medical help if I should need it. I also feel safe. Read More

My sister is helping write this because my hands aren’t too steady. I’m a 64 year old Viet Nam veteran. I fell and shattered my left hip in 2007 and had a complete hip replacement.
