Ms. Stouff joined Retirement Housing Foundation in February 2006 as Director of Corporate Records/Corporate Secretary and was promoted to Vice President of Corporate Records/Corporate Secretary in August 2011. Ms. Stouff serves as Secretary to the Board of Directors of RHF and all of its affiliated organizations. Ms. Stouff is responsible for attending and taking minutes of RHF board meetings, ensuring compliance with corporate recordkeeping requirements, filing for federal and state exemptions, as well as property tax exemptions, and other corporate functions. Additionally, she is responsible for establishing and maintaining new corporations and all corporate and legal documents on behalf of RHF, as well as all subsidiaries.
Prior to joining RHF, Ms. Stouff served as Assistant Corporate Secretary for almost 20 years to Beckman Coulter, a publicly held biomedical company, working with the Vice President-General Counsel in all matters relating to the Board of Directors; Governance Guidelines; Code of Ethics; Insider Trading Compliance Program; records retention and destruction; and trademark matters. Ms. Stouff has a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from California State University, Fullerton; an Associate Degree in Legal Assistant programs from Santa Ana College; and she completed a semester of law school at the University of California at Davis – School of Law. She is a member of the Society of Corporate Governance (formerly American Society of Corporate Secretaries) and past president of the Los Angeles chapter.
