Stuart Hartman has been with RHF since 1990 and has more than 35 years of property management /asset management experience. He has been at RHF for more than 30 years.
He is the licensed real estate broker for the Corporation’s two licensed real estate management companies. He has a National Assisted Housing Professional – Executive designation and a Certified Manager of Maintenance Certification from the National Council of Housing Management.
Established in 1961, RHF is one of the largest nonprofit developers and operators of affordable housing in the U.S. The portfolio exceeds 170 communities, with more than 18,000 units in 28 states, Washington D.C., Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands and includes more than 135 Section 202, 221 d 3&4, 231, 232, 236, HUD mortgage-insured, Rural Development 515 program, and Low-Income Housing Tax Credit/Tax-Exempt Bond properties.
Prior to becoming RHF’s President & CEO, Mr. Hartman was RHF’s Sr. VP of Operations.
