QUALIFCATIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Daily cleaning of common areas, hallways, bathrooms, grounds cleaning, trimming of bushes, building trash (must be able to lift 50 pounds) and other duties as assigned. Performs continual informal inspections of the property to ensure that it is being properly maintained and that the environment is safe and attractive. Inspects daily exterior and interior common areas of the property. Reviews completed and outstanding work orders on a daily basis-ensures the work orders are completed in a timely manner. Janitorial work is a must.
Make ready of vacant units; must be able to perform a variety of repairs including: painting, drywall repairs, plumbing, electrical, and other repairs involved in an apartment turns.
- This is a full-time 40/hrs. per week position,. Salary depends on experience.
