We currently have an open position for a Property Manager at our Adam & Bruce Apartments located in Fort Wayne, IN.

JOB DUTIES:

  • There is an immediate opening for a full-time Property Manager at Adam & Bruce Apartments. The property consists of 50 total units; 38 one bedroom and 12 efficiency units’ and is a senior apartment community located in Fort Wayne, IN.If you or someone you know is interested, please forward a resume to LaVonne Mikelson Director of Affordable Housing.NECESSARY QUALIFICATIONS & DUTIES:

    HUD Section 8 Experience
    Previous Property Management Experience 5 + years
    Marketing, occupancy, tenant relations, and maintenance supervision skills.
    Proficient in Initial and Annual Recertification processes.
    Ability to understand Income Statements and Budgets.
    Must take front line responsibility for project operations.
    Superb communication skills.
    Computer literacy.
    Excellent organizational & strategic planning ability
    Ability to manage on site staff effectively

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Previous Property Management Experience 5 + years
