We currently have an open position for a Resident Manager at our Carondelet Court Apartments located in Los Angeles, CA.

JOB DUTIES:

  • RHF has an opening for a RESIDENT MANAGER at a Carondelet Court. This property has 33 units- Family tax credit apartment complex located in Los Angeles, CA.     – Previous tax credit- Marketing, occupancy, tenant relations, and maintenance supervision skills- Must take front line responsibility for project operations

    – Superb verbal and written communication skills- Excellent organizational & strategic planning ability
