Q: How much is rent and what is it based on?
A: Your rent is determined by income. Income limitations are determined by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). We will provide you with HUD Facts sheet; “How your rent is determined” and HUD publication of “Residents Rights and Responsibilities” these two HUD guides should help you understand how rent is figured.
Q: What utilities are the residents required to pay?
A: Utilities are included in your rent with the exception of telephone and cable TV.
Q: What medical services do we offer?
A: Camelot Village is a 62 years of age and older, or mobility impaired independent retirement community.
Q: Are pets allowed at your facility?
A: One dog 25 lbs. or under (adult size) is allowed but must be spayed or neutered; must have distemper and rabies shots documents; and must be licensed by the proper city/county authorities when applicable.
One cat 15 lbs. or under is allowed but must be spayed or neutered; must have distemper and rabies shots documents; and must be licensed by the proper city/county authorities when applicable.
Birds maximum number 2; Fish, maximum aquarium size is 20 gallons; Rodents such as hamsters, guinea pigs, or rabbits are permitted. Reptiles and Exotic Animals: Snakes, lizards, and iguanas are not permitted.
