What size are the apartments?
We have studios and one-bedroom available.
How many apartments are on the ground level?
All of them are ground level. The building has 40 ground-level apts.
How is the rent calculated?
The rent is based on gross income, minus current and verified medical expenses. Thirty percent of that net amount is the rent and security deposit.
Do you allow pets?
Yes, dogs up to 25 lbs and cats up to 15 lbs. There is a $150 pet deposit required.
Are there activities?
Yes, the residents organize most of their social gatherings — cards, dominoes, and bingo. A local church provides Thanksgiving dinner the Sunday before Thanksgiving and we have a Christmas party before the 25th.
