Q. Do you have any openings?
A. We are now taking applications for our waiting list. All prospective residents first need to fill out an application and be placed on the waiting list. (Even when we have a vacant apartment).
Q. How much will my rent be?
A. Your rent is determined by income. Income limitations are determined by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). We will provide you with HUD Facts sheet “How your rent is determined” and HUD publication of “Residents’ Rights and Responsibilities.” These two HUD guides should help you understand how your rent is calculated.
Q. What is furnished?
A. Utilities are included in your rent. Each apartment is furnished with a range and oven, a refrigerator, drapes and carpeting.
Q. Can I have a pet?
A. Yes, we allow 1 dog no more than 25 pounds, or 1 cat no more than 15 pounds with a $150 pet deposit. We will provide you with a copy of our Pet Policy and this will give you all the details.
