Q: I’m receiving SSDI, do I qualify to lease an apartment at Stone Creek?

A: Stone Creek Village has 40 units designed to meet the specific needs of those with mobility and/or sensory impairments. To determine whether someone would qualify to lease an apartment at Stone Creek we perform third party verification with the applicant’s doctor. That person would have to sign our verification form for the need of an accessible unit and verify what design features would best accommodate the applicant.

Q: How much will I pay for rent?

A: A family’s anticipated gross income determines not only eligibility for assistance, but also determines the rent a family will pay and the subsidy required.
