The Carlin

The Carlin is a tax credit community for older adults with 162 one and two-bedroom apartments. There is controlled access to the building and underground parking for its residents.

Our community is located 10 minutes from Washington, D.C., one block from the Ballston Mall Shopping Center, two blocks from a major grocery store, and is surrounded by a variety of restaurants and other entertainment options.

Our residents enjoy a wide range of social activities as well as an optional meal program. Our community actively participates in RHF’s Project H.A.N.D.S.
